How to track my order ?
You can follow the progress of your order in your customer area. Simply click on the icon located at the top right of the screen, then select the "My orders" option to access the tracking of your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as payments via Paypal and ApplePay.
We would like to point out that we do not accept bank checks, transfers or payments upon receipt.

We ship worldwide.

Delivery costs are €4.99 for all orders below €69.

I would like to make an exchange
We do not carry out exchanges. On the other hand, if an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund and reorder if necessary.
I would like to make a return
You have 14 days from receipt of the package to request the return of one or more items. Simply send an email to hello@junaejewelry.com to let us know your return request, specifying your order number and the reason for the return.
Then you will receive detailed instructions on how to prepare your package for return. The product must be new, unworn and returned in its original packaging.
Return costs are exclusively the responsibility of the customer.
It is important to note that we do not make exchanges, but only provide refunds for returned items.
We will handle your request within a maximum of 3 days following receipt of your jewelry. You will then receive an email confirming that the refund has been made.
When will I be repaid?
We will process your request within a maximum of 3 days following receipt of your jewelry. You will then receive an e-mail confirming the completion of the refund.
Your Junae jewelry
Is my Junae jewelry under warranty?
All our jewelry is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies exclusively to defects in conformity and manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear of the product such as scratches, discoloration, oxidation, missing ornaments or any other damage resulting from improper use of the jewelry.
After the warranty expires, any repairs will be billed.
What materials are our Junae jewelry made from?
Our jewelry is made of 925 silver and is covered with a thin layer of rhodium. Rhodium adds a protective layer to the surface of the jewelry, increasing its durability. Jewelry remains free of unwanted color changes for longer.
For ornaments we use stones called zirconium oxide.
Our jewelry does not contain nickel.
How do I maintain my Junae jewelry?
Here is our care guide for your 925 silver jewelry. To ensure the durability and beauty of your pieces, it is important to follow these practical tips:
- Limit direct contact with cosmetics, perfumes and household products.
- To limit scratches and damage, remove your jewelry before sleeping or engaging in physical activity.
- To counter the natural tarnishing of silver, use a polishing cloth to restore the shine to your jewelry. Opt for a cleaning solution specially formulated for 925 silver, making sure to dry your jewelry thoroughly after cleaning.
- Store your jewelry in its original packaging in a dry place and away from direct sunlight.
Using Junae jewelry underwater
Our jewelry is designed to withstand clear water, such as showering, but is not suitable for salt water.
We therefore do not recommend wearing them in the sea or swimming pool. However, if you forget, we recommend that you immediately rinse your jewelry with clean water.
