Delivery
The products will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer when ordering. It is imperative that this information is precise, exact and complete in order to facilitate delivery under normal conditions. Delivery costs will be added to the total price of the order, and their amount will be communicated to the customer before the validation stage of their order.
Colissimo delivery costs amount to €4.90 for all orders below €69.
Chronopost 48-hour delivery costs are €10.
If delivered outside the European Union, the customer will be responsible for paying customs duties or other taxes imposed upon importation of the products into the destination country. The procedures related to these duties and taxes are also the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer must check the possibilities of importing the products ordered in accordance with the laws and rights of the territory of the country of delivery.
Upon receipt of the product, the customer undertakes to carefully check that the product is complete and in good condition, without any damage. If an anomaly is noted, the customer must contact customer service within three days following the date of receipt of the product.
If the customer is absent on the day of delivery, the delivery person will leave a calling card in the mailbox. This notice will indicate the contact details of the place where the product can be collected and the time allowed to do so. In order to avoid any dispute, the customer must check the conformity of the delivery with the delivery person. If the original packaging is torn or opened, the customer must check the condition of the items. If the items are damaged, the customer must refuse the package and note on the delivery note, in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by their signature, any anomaly concerning the delivery (open package, damaged item, etc.).
Delivery times are provided as an indication. In the event that delivery times exceed thirty days from the order, the customer has the right to terminate the sales contract and a refund will be made. The customer will receive an email notification to confirm successful receipt by Junae Jewelry of the returned products.
Return costs are exclusively the responsibility of the customer.
Customer wants to return multiple items from the same order, customer must return them together.

The pieces are then made by hand in a workshop where artisans bring their know-how, contributing to the creation of the Junae Jewelry collections.
The jewelry is made of 925 thousandths Silver, covered with a thin layer of rhodium. Rhodium plating will help maintain the shine and limit oxidation in contact with the skin, thus increasing its durability.
